About the Author

Peter Dainty studied mordern history at the university of Oxford. He has worked in English Language Teaching for many years, at a private language school and the University of London, and has taught students form all over the world. He now works as a full-time writer and has published twelve books. He wrote The Love of a King because he thinks that the romance between Edward and Mrs Simpson is a very different and interesting love story.
